Iryna Danyliv

With her playful sequence Iryna, tries to challenge her students to find effort and ease in an every pose, to find comfort in discomfort and move forward.

No attachments, no expectations, no labels, no stereotypes. The purpose of yoga is to discover who we truly are, to bring us back to our true Atman. All the answers to all our questions are within us, we just have to sit still and listen.

May intuition always be your guide. You are perfect the way you are right now. Practice and all is coming.

Marina B

To say that yoga saved Marina's life would be a huge understatement.
 
In 2008 she was diagnosed with a rare and serious autoimmune disease which left her paralyzed and blind in on eye. After several months of healing her physical body, she embarked on a spiritual healing journey and Yoga knocked on her door.
 
Everything changed for Marina after that very first yoga class back in 2009. Shortly after that she completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Atmananda yoga in NYC. Later that year Marina and her now, 2 teenage daughters decided to live adventurously and move to the Jungles of Costa Rica where they lived,played and enjoyed all that life had to offer.
 
In Costa Rica Marina became a certified 1&2 Reiki Master. Along with Yoga and Reiki Marina led and assisted many workshops and retreats in a spiritual community where her and her daughters lived for 2 years.
 
She thrives on being a yoga teacher and hopes to help others through the healing of yoga, as it once healed her!

Ashley McGrath

Ashley is a long distance runner turned avid yogi ever since first stepping onto her mat in 2014.
 
A financial analyst by trade, Ashley has found that her daily yoga practice helps her not only achieve a strong and healthy body, but maintain a peace of mind both on and off her mat.
 
She completed her 200-Hour yoga teacher training at Y2 Yoga, a Charlotte, NC based power yoga studio rooted by the Ashtanga Yoga method developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
 
Ashley's classes are challenging and powerful. She incorporates upbeat music and creative sequencing intended to help strengthen the body and focus the mind, leaving you feeling energized, inspired, and refreshed! Ashley strives to share her energetic spirit, passion for yoga, and dedication to personal growth with everyone who steps into her class.

Garrett Steagall

Garrett is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.
 
He is a professional dancer and Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. Garrett is known for his creative, simple & effective Vinyasa classes. He incorporates Didgeridoo sound healing into his teachings, allowing the broad range of harmonics & universal tones from his Didgeridoo to help restore an individual's vibration back to a less chaotic and natural rhythm.
 
Garrett enjoys exploring the power of breath, movement and sound healing in his classes. He displays an extraordinary gift in the art of breath and movement. His passion is to provide a meaningful learning experience to all beings who wish to move.

Chauncie Parchment

Chauncie has been a dancer for 11 years and has trained at the American Ballet Dance Theater for 2 years. In 2014 he stopped dancing and found yoga one year later. Since then yoga has been his passion and has even brought him back to dance.

Chauncie has been practicing Asana since 2012 and practices pranayama and meditation daily. He has 600 hours of teacher training in both hatha and vinyasa yoga. His classes are challenging but achievable. He teaches a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Dharma. His sequence blends the traditions of yoga and bridges the gap between the styles.

Megan Treiber

Megan, a fun free spirit with an open heart & mind, began her love affair with yoga in 2009. She completed her 200 hr training in 2014. Her love for yoga goes far beyond the physical practice and she truly believes that yoga makes the world a better place one person at a time.

Megan's vinyasa class is an ebb & flow of strength, sweat, and relaxation. With emphasison mindfulness and breath to avoid injury and create space in the body, she builds on her sequences- first focusing on settling into postures and refining alignment, then moving quicker through the flow, one breath per movement, often times working into fun balances and other playful postures!

Megan always reminds students to breathe and not take anything that happens on the mat too seriously. After building heat and challenging yourself, class ends in true relaxation with essential oils & feel good adjustments, leaving you feeling detoxed and refreshed. You deserve it!

Emily Perillo

Emily is a 200-hour Vinyasa Certified Yoga Teacher and a Baptiste Kids Certified Yoga Teacher. She discovered yoga in her early adult life after leaving the dance world. Yoga became a tool to which she was able to quiet her mind through both the spiritual and physical asana practice. Her classes are a combination of creative sequencing with an essence of playfulness. She incorporates an energetic flow into her teaching style while providing alignment cues and breathe work.

Her aim as a yoga instructor is to create a safe fun place where practitioners feel supported. You will leave the class feeling physically challenged and at ease.

Badri Zarakiadze

Badri is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher. He has studied within different schools and practices for over 10 years.
 
He encourages students to tune in to the vibrations of each asana, unravel the connections between proper alignment, conscious movement and intention, listening to the breath and feeling the body. Classes are infused with pranayama and meditation.

A dynamic Vinyasa flow class where breath, movement, and meditation techniques coordinate to flow from one pose to the next.
 
Referred to as Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way the poses come together with breath, while also generating lots of heat from within.
 
All levels and practitioners are welcome.
