Hot Vinyasa Yoga

This class is taught by:

Anna Krasnovskaya

Hot Spot Yoga was Anna's home studio since she started to practice Yoga, here she got inspired to learn more about Yoga.

She received her 200h RYT training with Bryn Chrisman and Stacey Brass at Yogamaya New York in August 2016.

She teaches Vinyasa yoga, with great attention to correct alignment of the poses (so powerfully presented by B.K.S Iyengar). She believes that it's the details that complete the fine yoga asana practice. Her goal is to make students feel safe and feel better after taking her Yoga classes.

Anna is certain that yoga asana practice based on careful attention to right alignment done regularly over a period of time can heal a person.

Iryna Danyliv

With her playful sequence Iryna, tries to challenge her students to find effort and ease in an every pose, to find comfort in discomfort and move forward.

No attachments, no expectations, no labels, no stereotypes. The purpose of yoga is to discover who we truly are, to bring us back to our true Atman. All the answers to all our questions are within us, we just have to sit still and listen.

May intuition always be your guide. You are perfect the way you are right now. Practice and all is coming.

Raquel Le Roux

Yoga has been a part of Raquel's life since 1999, when she began practicing Hatha at a small studio in San Diego, California. After receiving her 200hour Yoga Teaching Certification from La Jolla Yoga Center in 2010 she began teaching immediately. She continued her studies in a 100hour Yoga Immersion at Yoga Tree San Francisco.
Before moving to New York Raquel spent two years teaching in the South of France to an international yoga community. She studied yoga, practiced and taught at Sohum Yoga Shala Antibes, France. While in France she also expanded her knowledge of the French language. She recently returned to the United States and resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Raquel draws from the Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga traditions. She combines energetic movement and breath in mindfully aligned postures to create full mind-body connection on the mat. She also incorporates meditation, flow sequences and deep stretching. In her class you will find a fun environment to practice in and be able leave with more body awareness along with a peaceful mind.

Badri Zarakiadze

Badri is a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher. He has studied within different schools and practices for over 10 years.

He encourages students to tune in to the vibrations of each asana, unravel the connections between proper alignment, conscious movement and intention, listening to the breath and feeling the body. Classes are infused with pranayama and meditation.

"Through the path of yoga we connect to our full potential, work with any obstacle and limitations with Love!"

Nikolay Ignatyev

Yoga accidentally came into my life when I was in college, pursuing a major in biochemistry...which I was not particularly interested in. I drifted through college life aimlessly, until somehow needing to fulfill a requirement I took a class in religion and the class was on Hinduism.

My professor, Vishwa Adluri, re-ignited me, suddenly things became clear and I knew that I wanted to study philosophy and religion. Hindu traditions appealed to me for it offered a practical way of coming to realization of the state that all of these traditions pointed to and so I decided to explore.

Half a year into taking yoga classes I decided to go deeper and took my first 200 hour training with Sri Dharma Mittra and a few months later, 500 hour at Atmananda Yoga Sequence.

I believe that yoga is self-explanatory. One does not have to be philosophically inclined to experience what yoga offers, consistency in practice, patience, and desire to learn will bring about the desired result.

Robert Napolitano

Robert is a NYC based yoga instructor from Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. He studied Vinyasa at Yoga to the People in the East Village and started teaching at their New York locations in 2012.

Later he picked up Bikram Yoga, a practice he continues to this day in the Lower East Side. He has led large group retreats while living at the Yoga Retreat Center - Song of the Morning - in Northern Michigan. 2015 saw Robert participate in a Masters of Yoga Studies Program at Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles.

Chauncie Parchment

Chauncie has been a dancer for 11 years and has trained at the American Ballet Dance Theater for 2 years. In 2014 he stopped dancing and found yoga one year later. Since then yoga has been his passion and has even brought him back to dance.

Chauncie has been practicing Asana since 2012 and practices pranayama and meditation daily. He has 600 hours of teacher training in both hatha and vinyasa yoga. His classes are challenging but achievable. He teaches a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Dharma. His sequence blends the traditions of yoga and bridges the gap between the styles.

Garrett Steagall

Garrett is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is a professional dancer and Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. Garrett is known for his creative, simple & effective Vinyasa classes. He incorporates Didgeridoo sound healing into his teachings, allowing the broad range of harmonics & universal tones from his Didgeridoo to help restore an individual's vibration back to a less chaotic and natural rhythm.

Garrett enjoys exploring the power of breath, movement and sound healing in his classes. He displays an extraordinary gift in the art of breath and movement. His passion is to provide a meaningful learning experience to all beings who wish to move.

Maia Berbichashvili

After a break from dance and gymnastics, my very first class in yoga was with the master and founder of Atmananda yoga John Tanmayo where I also took my first teacher training. Since then, yoga has helped me live a healthier, more joyous, and fulfilled life.

My goal is to have my students find their inner source of power that they can use to overcome false limitations of the mind through concentration/meditation, pranayama and asanas and to help them let go of any unwanted weight on the physical, mental and energetic level and to also love hot vinyasa as it intensifies the practice, thus delivering faster results. Being dedicated to growth and evolution I am passionate and grateful to have opportunity to share this beautiful path with you.

Marina B

To say that yoga saved Marina's life would be a huge understatement.

In 2008 she was diagnosed with a rare and serious autoimmune disease which left her paralyzed and blind in on eye. After several months of healing her physical body, she embarked on a spiritual healing journey and Yoga knocked on her door.

Everything changed for Marina after that very first yoga class back in 2009. Shortly after that she completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Atmananda yoga in NYC. Later that year Marina and her now, 2 teenage daughters decided to live adventurously and move to the Jungles of Costa Rica where they lived, played and enjoyed all that life had to offer.

In Costa Rica Marina became a certified 1&2 Reiki Master. Along with Yoga and Reiki Marina led and assisted many workshops and retreats in a spiritual community where her and her daughters lived for 2 years.

She thrives on being a yoga teacher and hopes to help others through the healing of yoga, as it once healed her!
Our Hot Vinyasa Yoga classes offer a dynamic flow in our hot room incorporating lots of pranayama (breathing techniques), music, and a variety of yoga poses ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Be prepared to have fun, be challenged, and feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The perfect way to start of end your day.

All levels and practitioners are welcome.
